Dr. Kim Jin-Ryang(김진량)has been dispatched by Korea Foundation as a visiting professor since August 2013. He earned Ph.D. degree in Korean literature at the Graduate School of Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea. He is specialized in Korean modern fiction and narrative in digital media environment. He published books and thesis on Korean literature, digital culture, and narrative theory. He has been Co-director of the Centre for Korean Studies, University of Kelaniya since its establishment in September 2015 and leading the SEED project as the project director.
Mr. Park Byoung-Bae(박병배) is a lecturer dispatched by KOICA in Korean Studies Unit, Department of Modern Languages, University of Kelaniya. He had served as a teacherof Korean language and literature and an assistant principal for20 years more in several colleges in South Korea before his duty in Sri Lanka.

Ms. Hwang Jae-Yun

Ms. Hwang Jae-Yun (황재윤)is a lecturer dispatched by KOICA in Korean Studies Unit, Department of Modern Languages, University of Kelaniya. She has a master degree in Korean language education from the Graduate School of International Studies, EwhaWomans University, South Korea. She has been engaging with Korean language education as a foreign language since 1996. Her interested area in Korean language education is developing localized Korean text books and instructing students' club activities including K-pop, Samulnori, traditional handicraft, and traditional dance.

Mr. M. Amilajith Nisanka Leelarathne is a visiting lecturer and assistant researcher in Korean Studies Unit, Department of Modern Language University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. He got master Degree in Educational Technology from Graduate school of Education, Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea.

He has co-translated a book about Korean culture(2009). He has been worked as a junior researcher in Research Lab for Educational Technology, Hanyang University. He has participated in ‘Training for foreign specialist of Korean Language’ in Seoul(2016). In the present he is engaged with the SEED project in Centre for Korean Studies. His Research area is Teaching Korean Language trough Korean Culture.

Ms. Nisansala Pathirana

Ms.Nisansala Pathirana is a temporary lecturer and assistant researcher in Korean Studies Unit, Department of Modern languages, Faculty of Humanities, University of kelaniya, Sri lanka. She has a Master Degree in Korean Language and culture from Jeonju University, South Korea.In the present she is engaged with the SEED project in Centre for Korean Studies.

Ms. G. Udani Priyangika Gunasinghe is a temporary lecturer and assistant researcher in Korean Studies Unit, Department of Modern Languages, Faculty of Humanities, University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. She has completed B.A (General) Degree in Korean Language in University of Kelaniya and reading for Master's Degree in Linguistics in University of Kelaniya.

She has studied at Kendriya Hindi Sansthan, India (2012) and Kyung hee University, South Korea (2014). In the present she is engaged with the SEED project in Centre for Korean Studies.
