The MoU signing ceremony with Moscow State University of Sports and Tourism (MSUST) and Gampaha Wickramarachchi University of Indigenous Medicine, University of Kelaniya and University of Sri Jayewardenepura was held on 21st June 2022. H.E. the Ambassador to the Russian Federation Senior Professor Janitha Liyanage signed on behalf of the three Sri Lankan universities and Ms. Natalya Masyagina, Rector signed on behalf of the Moscow State University of Sports and Tourism.
Senior Professor Nilanthi de Silva, Vice Chancellor, University of Kelaniya, Senior Professor Sudath R. D. Kalingamudali Dean Faculty of Science, University of Kelaniya , Snr. Prof. Sudantha Liyanage, Vice Chancellor, University of Sri Jayawardenepura, Dr. N.T.B. Madushanka, Dean, Faculty of Indigenous Health Sciences and Technology, Gampaha Wickramarachchi University of Indigenous Medicine, and other delegates from the three universities in Sri Lanka participated at the event online. Representatives from Moscow State University of Sports and Tourism and the Embassy of Sri Lanka to the Russian Federation were also present at the occasion.
