The second part of the Gender and Law Workshop series was held on 8th August 2023 at the Humanities Auditorium, University of Kelaniya. This session continued the initiative aimed at raising awareness about gender issues and their legal implications among undergraduate students.

During this session, participants engaged in discussions that further explored the intersection of gender and law, focusing on the legal rights of individuals in relation to gender equality.
Undergraduate students actively participated in the workshop, and upon completion, each participant received a certificate acknowledging their involvement and commitment to understanding gender-related legal issues. This initiative aims to empower students with knowledge and skills to advocate for gender equality and challenge legal injustices in society.
