The Staff Development Centre conducted a workshop on ‘Transitioning to electronic documentation and using the electronic data management system' for Administrative Officers and Administrative Staff of the University of Kelaniya.
The workshop was held on 30th of August 2022 at the Staff Development Centre Auditorium.

The event was graced by Prof. Nilanthi De Silva, Vice Chancellor of the University of Kelaniya as the chief guest. In addition, the event was graced by Mr. K.K.K. Dharmathilake, Registrar of the University. Dr. Ruwan Wickramarachchi, Director of the ICT Centre was the resource person and he provided valuable inputs on the Document Management System to the workshop participants.
The main objectives of this workshop were to facilitate electronic documentation and promote efficient delivery of relevant services by the University of Kelaniya and to identify and generate a list of electronic documents, identify an efficient electronic document forwarding and approval mechanism.
