Therefore, career planning plays a very important role in one's life.Thus, the University has decided to facilitate necessary guidelines for its graduates to plan their career paths. Accordingly, the Centre for Strategic Planning & University Statistics of the University of Kelaniya is collecting information from fresh graduates regarding their employment experiences.
Furthermore, this data collection focuses on assessing the employability of the graduates and explores the graduates' opinions on opportunities and obstacles to seeking employment. The University will use this information for future changes and improvements in the degree programs.
