The Japanese goodwill ship PEACEBOAT made the second voyage in 2023 to Colombo Port on 20th November. A meeting was held on 17th November to discuss the current voyage and future cooperation with Ms. Chikako Saito and Mr. Aki, the coordinators of the Colombo visit. Senior Professor Neelakshi C. Premawardhena, Direcor, Centre for International Affairs has organised the cultural exchange programmes for the PEACEBOAT delegates since 2001.
