The Goethe Institute Colombo organized the "100 Years of Kafka" programme to commemorate the centenary of the German novelist Franz Kafka's passing. A poster exhibition Komplett Kafka (Completely Kafka) was inaugurated at the Goethe-Institute. This comic poster exhibition introduces German learners to Franz Kafka and his works through the engaging drawings of Nicolas Mahler and the medium of graphic novels. With the exhibition one can explore the timeless relevance of the themes Kafka addressed in his writing. The aim of the exhibition is to support German learners by providing cultural content that enhances their language-learning journey. The posters are in German, and trilingual brochures are available to make access easier.
