Common Purpose Global Citizenship Programme on Leadership and SDG Goals

The participation was offered to 20 students of University of Kelaniya free of charge by the organisers. Only 18 students registered for the programme. Students from 6 countries and 10 universities including Durham, Manchester (UK) and Griffith (Australia) attended the synchronous and asynchronous training programme. The Director, Centre for International Affairs was invited to the launch on 17th March and the closing session on 8th April. Only 8 students from the university successfully completed all four stages of the programme. The student feedback has been very positive.

The 8 students who successfully completed the 4 stages of the programme were awarded with the Global Citizenship Badge.
