Ms. Judith Namara from Uganda, a recipient of the prestigious Government of Sri Lanka Presidential Scholarship for foreign students from 2016 to 2020 graduated with Second Class Upper Division in BA Hons. in Library and Information Science. Judith is now employed as Communications Assistant under the Minister for the Presidency, Office of the President, Kampala, Uganda.
Judith attributes her achievement to the knowledge and experience gained at the University of Kelaniya. She has been an active alumna since returning to Uganda in 2020, contributing to virtual events organized by the Centre for International Affairs.
