The C. W. W. Kannangara Memorial Seminar organized by the Centre for Heritage Studies was held on 26th December 2019 at the University of Kelaniya. The "Yugathara" Journal - Volume Two was launched at this Seminar as the "Yugathara" Journal- Volume Two has dedicated to Dr. C. W. W. Kannangara, Farther of Free Education in Sri Lanka.
