The Staff Development Center conducted a program for Non-academic members recruited from 2015 of the University with the purpose of improving their working efficiency and to understand their responsibilities to perform the duties effectively. The program had two sessions by
grouping the members for morning and evening sessions. It was held on 21st February 2019 at the Staff Development Center Auditorium.
A one-day training workshop on fire extinguishing organised by the Staff Development Centre, University of Kelaniya was held on the 31st of October 2018 at the Auditorium of the Staff Development Centre. The prime objective of this workshop was to make the non-academic staff members aware of how to correctly face an emergency.
The 20th session of the staff development programme conducted by the Staff Development Centre, University of Kelaniya commenced on the 14th of September 2018 at the Staff Development Centre.
A workshop on “Green Concept” organised by the Centre for Sustainability Solutions (CSS) in collaboration with the Staff Development Centre (SDC) of the University of Kelaniya was successfully held on the 10th of September 2018 at the Auditorium of Staff Development Centre.
