A special workshop entitled “Mock Interviews” was conducted by the Career Guidance Unit (CGU) on the 04th December 2019 at Reference Library of Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies. This is the fourth workshop of a series of awareness programs to coincide with the Career Fair in 2019. Undergraduates representing all faculties attended this event.
The resource persons of the event were Ms. Shevanti Pillai, Senior Executive, Human Resources Development at MAS, Mr. Haritha Perera, Head of HR, Brandix Casual Wear, Mr. Malith Jayasinghe, Director- Lesova Holdings Founder, Mr. Rovina Vandersay, Assistant Manager People Development at Nestle Lanka were served as the resource persons of the program. The program was helpful to get an experience of undergraduates, in the area of ‘How to face an Interview’ as well as conflict resolution which leads the strengthening of the career opportunities of undergraduates.
