This programme was conducted by the Career Guidance Unit in collaboration with the Department of Mathematics for the first year Applied Mathematics undergraduates. Dr.(Mrs.) BTSDP Kannangara, Head, Department of Plant & Molecular Biology, Faculty of Science, University of Kelaniya was served as the resource person of the program and has delivered a lecture on ‘Personality Development and Identifying Different Personalities’. The program was helpful for the development of soft skills of undergraduates, in the area of team building, leadership, communication as well as conflict resolution which leads the strengthening of the career opportunities of undergraduates.
