DIMO's newest knowledge sharing initiative program was conducted by DIMO in collaboration with the Employer's Federation of Ceylon and the Career Guidance Unit of the University of Kelaniya; TripleE - Educate, Empower, Employ. This was designed for undergraduates to collaborate with professionals and gain expert knowledge on the current trends and key techniques to thrive in this revolutionary world of business.
Through this initiative DIMO looking forward to:
Maximise the professional development of students following tertiary education in the island by exposing them to the reality of work beyond what they learn in their academics
Elevate the quality of employment outcomes by inculcating business acumen through constant dialog around the key facets of business.
The program was helpful for the development of soft skills of undergraduates, in the area of Marketing, IT and Entrepreneurship, team building and leadership. In addition to the workshop, students also gained an opportunity to explore DIMO as an organization.
