The Career Guidance Unit (CGU) of the University of Kelaniya conducted a workshop on "Emotional Intelligence for Professional Development for the 2nd Year Students of the Department of Industrial Management , Faculty of Science on 03rd of April 2024 .
100 students attended the programme and the main aim of the programme was to support undergraduates in coping with their emotions for their mental well-being which is required for career development.
