Modern technology acts as a major in career success in this digital era. Its advantages and disadvantages are two sides of the same coin. Although it provides numerous benefits, the career would lead to downfall without proper use. People have to spend a lot to use modern technology. Therefore effective use of technology for a successful career is worth exploring. 

By now, employees can engage in their daily tasks effectively with softwares and devices, because it reduces time and cost. If modern technology was not discovered, workers would struggle with paper documents. Besides, urgent meetings would be conducted physically. Undoubtedly, the workplace would become full of chaos.

There are technical facilities to hold and attend meetings from anywhere; like Zoom, Skype, Google Meet and BlueJeans etc. They are involved to boost the productivity of a career. Hence, It is a must to get to know how to use a computer and common software applications, before entering a job. Even in the interviews, companies give priority to candidates who have a knowledge of latest technology, as the technology upgrades constantly.

Moreover, modern technology facilitates learning online conveniently. It accomodate learning materials available on the internet and assists employees to be professionals in their fields.
